Ventura gave me the opportunity to meet people that I wouldn’t normally have the opportunity to meet. I learned to feel that this company is mine and, therefore, every achievement of Ventura motivates me personally. We have such a nice work environment, a refrigerator with beer, a room with bean bags to relax, barbecues every month… Every day is like when you go home for Christmas and your family receives you with everything you like.
From my very first day as an intern it was so easy to feel completely integrated in the office. The communication with my manager and the team is flawless. I love the fact that I have interesting tasks in the team such as writing articles from which I learn about SEO and SEA, and at the same time I get trained on how IT works, about finance and many more things which will help me so much on my professional journey.
I started working in viventura 6 years ago, what drove me there was my love for south america and the big learning potential. I used to work for marketing, I loved my job and Ventura gave me the chance to grow even further and be able to propose a business idea. Now i'm running and developing my own company within Ventura TRAVEL. All days at work are happy, I have a lot of fun shooting videos for the website, travelling and having the freedom and flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.
I started working for Ventura TRAVEL as a TC in 2005. I worked in that position for 7 years and first got promoted to Head of TCs. I’m an example of what can happen here: Ventura trusted me to grow alongside the company, and after over a decade I now lead our beautiful office in Cuzco. Although we grew so much in recent years, there’s still an intimate family atmosphere.
