Join us at Ventura TRAVEL – a group of specialized travel brands that unleash the adventurer in every person! In the Group Travel team, our mission is ensuring that our travelers discover the world through amazing trips and unique experiences. 

As our new Travel Specialist, you will be one of our company's spokespeople for our German-speaking customers. In doing so, you’ll have the opportunity to work with us towards the common goal of delivering unforgettable memories to our travelers! You'll have the freedom to create and sell high-quality, authentic group trips to German-speaking clients, whereas we'll rely on you to manage a smooth trip preparation and follow-up. As an expert for your destination, you will unite responsible tourism and innovative travel experiences in the destinations that our clients visit. You will have the opportunity to provide excellent customer service in German by email and over the phone. 

We are currently looking to fill openings across our different travel brands, especially Viventura (South America) and Japaventura (Japan). If you have regional expertise in other destinations, we also welcome your application! Please watch the video below for more details.  

On daily basis, you will 

  • Sell, sell, sell: help our travelers (over the phone and by email) choose their perfect travel adventure!
  • Meet the monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for your trips. 
  • Analyze the market to improve our products and sales strategy.
  • Coordinate reservations with our flights and operations departments.
  • Guide our travelers before and after the trip (by phone and e-mail).

The basics you bring along 

  • Native-level proficiency in German.
  • A passionate salesperson with at least 2+ years of experience and clear sales results.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects with different clients/target groups.
  • You are fun to be around—your colleagues will enjoy working with you! 
  • Confident level of English.

You can impress us even more with

  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM and sales software. 
  • Passion for and previous experience in the travel industry.
  • Living experience in the destination of your choice.
